Ryan J. Mendes a.k.a. "Cousin" Ry-J is an American professional mover, aspiring broadcaster, music aficionado, ghetto philosopher, and overall bad mamma jamma.  He is widely recognized for coining the phrase: "No matter where you go, there you are."

Upon high school graduation in 1997, Ry-J departed Columbus to the welcoming hospitality of "The Dirty South", specifically - Huntsville, Alabama, where he attended Alabama A&M University.  There he learned that college was much harder than high school and that beautiful black women are damned distracting.  Seven years later, with no degree to show for it, he came home.  He began working at a very reputable, well-established, cut throat, stab you in the back moving company, whom we will not name, but, they are not called Two Women and a truck, where he worked for five years before being recently fired for undisclosed reasons by the evil, allegedly, satanic owner.  Ry-J is NOT bitter.  While working for The Beast, Ry-J went back to school, and finished a year-long broadcasting program and received his broadcasting certification in June 2009.
